January 14th,2010

Early workout today....really had to manage my food well for this day.

Back and hamstrings:
uh lat pulldown 3x6-8 70lbs
tbar row 3x6-8 30lbs,25,25lbs
db deadlifts 3x8-10 50,45,45lbs
single leg kneeling hamstring curl 3xfailure 5lbs (10,11,9)
cg cable row 3x8-10 50,40,40lbs

cardio 35 minutes moderate intensity arc trainer L 6 incline L 26 resistance

I feel like I'm making progress, but started analyzing everypart of my body in the mirror today and just got sort of sad again in the locker room after my workout.  I'm emotional, I know.  Favorite frame - cg cable row .....I love how they feel on my back.  wow - working out in the morning is definitely different.....had to stay much more focused to lift heavy today!
