Inc bb press 3x6-8 75lbs
Inc db press 3x6-8 35lbs
Flat db fly 3x10-12 15lbs
Inc db curl 4x5-6 20lbs
Cable curl 3x10-12 40lbs
Stretching 5 minutes
I am starting to get up to 100% from being sick last weekend....I've been taking care of myself enough that it hasn't been bad, but I'm just starting to get better. I had alot of trouble falling asleep last night, had alot on my mind so I plan on going to bed earlier tonight. So nice to not do cardio today.
