Lifting in AM

Shoulders and Triceps:
DB laterals 3x6-8 12.5lbs
BB shrugs 3x8-10 125lbs
DB shoulder press on inc. 25lbs 3x8-10
Asst dips 4x 12p (10,10,9,9)
Rope pressdowns 3x10-12 40lbs

I broke up the workout, and did a spinning class in the early afternoon today.
Cardio - spinning class 45 minutes

I was feeling a little bit sick last night and also this morning.  I had some medicine from when I was sick last year, and I took that.  I feel so much better now. yeayy! 
 
Weight - 138.5lbs
