Waist: 29 inches (1 inch lost from last week)
Hips: 39 inches (same as last week)
Weight: 139lbs (1 lb lost from last week)
I am happy with the small progression, and look forward to more changes from day to day:)
The low carb days are a challenge, but I am finding ways to get it done.
today is an OFF day of lifting and cardio today. Low carb day today.
