PM Chest and Biceps
DB incline press 3x10,8,6   35,40,40lbs
BB flat press 3x10,8,8   85,85,85lbs
Asst chest dips 3x7,6,7   6p,6p,6p
BB curl 3x7,5,6  55,60,55lbs
Rope cable curl  3x10,9,9  35,30,30lbs

Felt great about this workout, had a fantastic spot on the incline presses, my biceps look too big in the mirror when i do the rope cable curls....kind of freaked me out actually.
