i like this day on the workout A program. DB pullover has become a favorite exercise of mine.

Just curious everyone....Jen had noted that when reading my workouts it's hard to understand...what is it exactly that is difficult? i will keep the way i write it the same, but I'm just wondering what I can do to help people understand. thanks! hope everyone has a great weekend!!
