Back and Hamstrings
UH lat pulldown 3x6-8 70,80,80lbs
BB deadlifts 3x6-8 95lbs
1 arm Db row 3x8-10 ea. 30lbs
DB pullover 3x10-12 35lbs
Seated leg curl 3x8-10 50lbs

i like this day on the workout A program.  DB pullover has become a favorite exercise of mine.smile

Just curious everyone....Jen had noted that when reading my workouts it's hard to understand...what is it exactly that is difficult?  i will keep the way i write it the same, but I'm just wondering what I can do to help people understand.  thanks! hope everyone has a great weekend!!smile
