I feel really great right now. I just got out of the shower and then off the phone, and ate some macadamia nuts. I had a great hiit cardio session today:)...oh,and it's a Low day and I feel happy!
Off from lifting today.
HIIT intervals on arc trainer
5 minutes warm up
15 intervals L 6 incline, L17 resistance
10 minutes cool down
Abs - 5 minutes
Stretching 2 minutes
