I worked out later than usual today, but I was still able to keep focus and have a great workout!
Legs:
Leg ext 2x10 50,65lb
Front squat 4x6-8 65lbs
Sumo db squat 3x10 35,40,40lbs
Db step ups 3x10-12 10lbs
Calf singles 5x10-12 50,55,55,55,55lbs
Cardio: 30 min moderate intensity on elliptical L7 incline, L7 resistance
I felt like I was looking leaner in my body overall when I was working out - which motivated me even more during my workout. My favorite frame of the workout was doing the sumo squats and feeling like my glutes were getting tighter with each rep!
