December 21st,2009

Today was a low day for me nutrition wise, and I just did cardio.

30 minutes on the bike moderate intensity in the AM.

I got my period this morning, which explains my tiredness from yesterday's workout.  I am becoming a MASTER of getting in carbs in a balanced way during the low days....so excited for that.  YES!:)
