Today was AWESOME!!!
Chest and biceps:
Incline db press 3x6-8 30,35,40lbs
Flat bb press 3x8-10 80,85,85lbs
chest dips asst 3xtill failure 6p,7p,7p x6,6,5
bb curl 3x5-6 50lbs
rope cable curl 3x8-10 35lbs
cardio - elliptical 30 min moderate intensity
I am so excited I got those 40lb dbs up for the incline. It made my workout. I was also jammin like a rockstar on the cardio. Favorite frame: doing the 40lb dbs for incline - I felt like "hey I"m finally getting back to some good weights" and also chest is one of my favorite body parts to train.
