Rope cable curl 3x8-10 35lbs,35lbs,30lbs
Cardio - 30 minutes stairclimber moderate intensity L6-9
stretching 3 minutes
I felt like I had a great workout, just seem to have a little trouble with my r.o.m. on the incline presses on the last couple of reps - but I am so excited about doing the 40's for 2 sets! My favorite frame of the workout was the bb flat press, the range was good, intensity was great and I just felt strong under the bar:)
