Interesting day.....slushing through the snow to the gym and to the grocery store....snow is annoying!
Legs:
Leg extensions 2x10 65lbs
Front squat 4x6-8 45lbs,65lbs,65lbs,45lbs (my legs were so tired today)
Sumo db squat 3x10 40lbs
Db step ups 3x10-12 10lbs
Calf singles 5x10-12 55lbs
Cardio - spinning 30 minutes moderate intensity
Foam rolling 5 minutes
I felt like my legs weren't fully recovered, but I did the workout and go through it. Favorite frame of this workout was definitely the spinning, because I seemed to struggle through the weight training today.
