Today I had a high carb day.....yeayyy! Pretty much the 1/2 cup white rice I usually have after my workout I just added an extra 1/2 cup.
Back and Hamstrings:
WG lat pulldown 3x6-8 60lbs
Deadlifts 3x6-8 55,65,65lbs
DB 1 arm row 3x8-10 15,20,20lbs
DB pullover 3x10-12 10,15,15lbs
Leg curl 3x8-10 35lbs
Cardio: Moderate intensity 30 minutes stairmaster L7
I feel like I had a kick ass workout today....and my waist looks leaner than it did last week. My favorite frame of my workout had to have been doing the deadlifts....I felt a nice sense of power, and I had a great Rhianna song on during the exercise:)
