Chest and Biceps
Flat DB press 4x6-8 35,35,40,40lbs
Inc DB press 3x8-10 30lbs
Inc DB fly 3x10-12 15lbs
Preacher curl 3x5-6 10lbs each side
DB Hammer curl 3x8-10 20lbs

I had 2 cups of coffee this morning, because I usually lift in the afternoon, and I wanted to make sure I had enough energy.  Also, the gym said if it continues to get worse, they may close the gym early today...so I wanted to make sure I got a workout in. I got a great spot by a trainer at my gym today on the flat db presses, and he asked me that question, you know..."so what are your goals?" I am really private about my life in the gym, because of "naysayers"...so I don't really tell anyone I compete.  I just said "well by goal is to improve everyday, and do better than I did the last workout." he said "well do you want to just get stronger?" i said "of course, I want to improve with every workout and progress."  I left him totally confused and curious hahahha.  He was a really good spotter though, which I am very appreciative of.  Very happy with this workout today - oh and my arms look great!smile
