DB press 3x6-8 30lbs
Upright bb row 3x8-10 35lbs
BB ext 3x8-10 30lbs
DB rear raises 3x10-12 7.5 lbs
DB 1 arm kickbacks 3x10-12 7.5lbs
stretching 5 minutes
Doing the cardio in the am was nice to not do after the lifting, but I was really tired after it, and more tired than usual at work today.
I was really happy to see that my arms are looking leaner in the mirror today while I was working out. Also, looking more vascular in the forearms, which I noticed at work today as I was putting hand lotion on
