Bent over bb row 3x6-8 65lbs
SLDL 3x6-8 135lbs
DB pullover 3x10-12 35lbs (the cable is what I was supposed to do in the program, but there was some chick on there and she had like 4 sets left to do and I didn't want to wait)
Seated leg curl 3x10-12 50lbs
stretching 5 minutes
I was totally thrilled with the sldl today....also just felt super energized for my workout. Also, while I was stretching I was able to get alot of flexibility in my lower back today and got my head down to the floor when I was doing this center split stretch. So, not only am I getting stronger but I'm getting more flexible too.
PM Cardio 35 minutes on the spin bike moderate intensity.
