February 6th and 7th, 2010

Saturday: Rest day




Sunday:
AM Cardio - Spinning class 45 minutes

PM Shoulders and Triceps
DB shoulder presses 3x6-8 30,35,30lbs
BB upright row 3x8-10 45lbs
DB bent over lat raises 3x10-12 7.5,10,10lbs
BB tricep ext. 3x8-10 35,30,30lbs
DB 1 arm kickbacks 3x10-12 7.5,10,10lbs
stretching 5 minutes

I was really happy that I was able to get a good spot on the shoulder presses today at the gym.  A guy that shares the same passion for lifting that I do at the gym was luckily there to spot me today, so I went to the 35's and was able to get 6 reps and I felt really good.  I'm so loving the progress I'm seeing in my arms....my lower body is definitely slower as far as progress is concerned, but I know it will happen.  My goal is to win and be my best - whether there needs to be a little more time for that than 11 weeks is yet to be determined.  I just keep myself focused and determined and train like a warrior everyday no matter what.
