February 10th, 2010




Just got back from the gym...again lol.  I went to the gym twice today.  I did my lifting (see previous post) in the AM and did cardio just now.

PM Cardio 35 minutes moderate intensity treadmill incline walking incline 11.5-12.0 speed 3.5-3.6
Abs 5 minutes
Stretching 5 minutes
