AM Shoulders and triceps DB shoulder press 3x6-8 30lbs Db external rotation (supposed to be upright row but i noticed some pinching in my shoulders so I stopped the exercise and did the ext. rot) 3x10-12 2.5lbs DB rear lat raises 3x10-12 10lbs BB tricep press 3x8-10 30lbs Db kickbacks 3x10-12 10,12.5,12.5lbs PM Cardio 35 minutes moderate intensity I took notice while I was off work that the mornings were really great for me in producing good workouts with clarity and a a focused energy level. Today I decided to switch my training program to do lifting in the AM and cardio in the afternoon after work. I felt really good about the workout this morning, and I think this will be a great change for me both mentally and physically. A nice cup of coffee before the workout with my 1st meal also probably helped as well ![]() |
