Chest and Biceps
Flat DB press 3x6-8 40,45,45lbs
Inc DB press 3x8-10 30lbs
Inc DB fly 3x10-12 15,20,20lbs
Preacher curl bar 3x5-6 12 1/2lbs,15lbs,12 1/2lbs (added to the bar)
DB Hammer curl 3x8-10 20lbs

I had a great workout this evening, had an AWESOME spot on the flat db presses...I am so grateful for this guy -sometimes I get a spotter and I'm like..."what do these people not understand about don't touch the weight unless I don't move it at all?"...i am very appreciative to have had a great spotter on the flat db presses. Also, I really am proud of myself for how I broke up my meals today, because I had a busy afternoon after work, so the balancing of food was important and I did a great job! yeayyyyysmile it's the small things in life that make me so happy - but life is really about the small things anyway!
