Cardio Hiit intervals on arc trainer:
5 min warm up
15 intervals
5 min. cool down
Abs 5 minutes
stretching 5 minutes

Pole dancing class today...of course incredible - and today we did this upside down thing and it was so fun!

I was at the spa yesterday for 2 1/2 hours after getting my waxing done I went into the steam room, then the sauna, then the awesome showers they have and just enjoyed every moment of it.  Bliss Spa rocks my world!!
