February 15th, 2010

I had off from work during the day, so I got to break my workout up....so nice!

AM Cardio 35 minutes moderate intensity treadmill incline walk 3.5-3.6 speed, 11.5-12.0 incline

PM Legs
Squats 4x10 85lbs (everytime I write the weight for the squats I feel like a loser because all I can do is desire to get better at them....but I'll get there with time - I'm really focusing on my form and depth in the squats and getting at least to parallel)
Leg Press 3x8-10 270,270,280
DB walking lunges 3x12ea. 25lbs
Leg ext. 3x6-8 95lbs
Calf raises on seated machine 3x20 50lbs
Stretching 5 minutes

I felt really solid with this workout.  I know I'm not as strong in the leg department as alot of other women are that compete, and I'll totally admit that. However, I feel solid about the improvements I'm making and the intensity and form that I bring to each and every workout.smile
