Chest and Biceps
Flat DB press 3x6-8 35,40,45lbs
DB inc press 3x8-10 35,35,35lbs
DB inc fly 3x10-12 15,20,20lbs
Preacher curl 3x5-6 10lbs each,12.5lbs each,12.5each
DB hammer curl 3x8-10 20,25,20lbs
Abs 5 minutes

I felt really solid with this workout.  Having this time off is showing me that I am much better working out in the morning before a day filled with work where I am expending energy.  I felt super focused and strong.  Also I was drinking alot more water DURING the workout than I usually do.  I always drink water, but today I made a point to drink at alot more in between sets.  I felt that it did really help with my recovery to go into the next set.  I had a great spotter for the flat db presses..so glad I got those 45lbs up today! yeayysmile
