I have been doing squats on the smith for a while, because I used to have alot of tightness in my lower back from doing free bar squats. I went back to them today for the first time in about 9 months...I was glad that I felt good doing them. I know the progression of the weight will happen, but right now I feel kind of silly with such a small amount of weight I'm squatting. However, my form is excellent!

On the cardio one of my favorite videos was on (Taking Chances by Celine Dion) at the last 5 minutes of the cardio....very inspirational and deep - perfect for the end of the cardio workout. Oh, also at the end of my workout comes "Picture" by Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow - so I stayed on the treadmill and stretched while I watched it...such a pretty song. Ok, damn I'm gonna get made fun of for that lol.
