DB shoulder press 3x6-8 30,35,30lbs
BB upright rows 3x8-10 45lbs
Bent over rear DB fly 3x10-12 10lbs
BB lying tricep press 35lbs 3x8-10
DB kickbacks 3x10-12 12.5lbs
My shoulders felt really weak today. My left shoulder specifically felt weak and tired. I love the progress my shoulders and triceps are making - and the vascularity in my arms continues to make me smile.
