watched grey's anatomy that i dvr'd last night.  wow - good episode!  I am really liking Christina and Owen together...that make-out session in that cave place that they go to is SOOO HOT!

I like this new leg program I started today.  My favorite frame of this is the sldl....just a favorite exercise of mine in general.  Also, I find it interesting that I make sure I am getting my Ab exercises in and think of all you guys on here when I go to start the abs...because I find them tedious lol.  Today was a high carb day, so I was extra happy smile
