stretching 5 minutes. I was able to actually do a split on my left leg today when I was stretching. so thrilled with that!
I loved that I got to get up, eat my first meal, drink my coffee and leisurely go to the gym today. I had off from work today because of the snow, so I am very grateful for the time I have to do what I desire. I am also going to the spa today to get waxing done and relax in the steam room
